The visionary behind it all
Dado Banatao
1946–2025
The son of a rice farmer, Dado Banatao rose from a small town in the Philippines to become an influential Silicon Valley engineer and investor. With his wife Maria, he established a scholarship supporting California students of Filipino heritage.
